When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During high-volume collection drops or sales, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaboration items may be final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Hypland ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
